Food for Thought on our buildings
Could our buildings benefit from a Condominium Retrofit? Should we investigate/pursue Energy Saving programs? Will our condominium hold its value against newer and greener building? After 30 (or 28) years, we should be asking these questions. Additional reading is available under "Reading for owners and residents", please take your time to read some of the articles available through Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI).

SkyGarden and SkyGarden II are adult style condominiums that were built by Tridel Corp. and are located in the Finch - Warden area of Toronto. Each building is 23 stories high with large suits, some up to 2200 sq feet. We have many recreational facilities, organized activities and trips, are on Toronto transit lines and walking distance to Bridlewood Mall. Visit out Facilities page, for detail description of all the facilities that SkyGarden Condominium Community offers its owners and residents and/or check the SkyGarden Events Calendar for a list of regularly scheduled activities. You can access the calendar by month, week, day or type of activity.
This web site is work-in-progress, so many things can change from day to day and I will try to keep you informed. If you are not an owner or a resident of SkyGarden I or II, but are interested in our community with the possibility of obtaining a unit here, you may have questions your real estate agent cannot answer fully. If you contact me, I will try to answer as many questions as I am able to. As a relative newcomer here, I know how difficult is to get the "right reading" about the community you are contemplating to move in. Let me tell you, that we are very happy living here!
